How To Live Free of Fear of Contracting COVD19

 Bold statement made above, I admit.  But lets be honest. We have lived in fear now for months, and now recently we are seeing people run around wearing face masks thinking a face mask will protect them or help protect them from COVID.  Now think about this fallacy in the long term.  Did GOD call us to walk and live in fear? Should we be fearful of this disease?  I am convinced we as Americans have been living needlessly in fear for one primary reason- lack of knowledge.  We have been in the dark for months as to exactly what is the trigger mechanism or perhaps may I say “What is the root cause” for whether someone will contract COVID or not.

I have said since the beginning, and now I can back this up with a long overdue study that the key to whether you will contract COVID and whether you will have a bad outcome is 100% connected to GOD’s immune system he equipped you with AND if you have your immune system working in decent order.  The one element that is missing in almost every. American is a sufficient level of Vitamin D in your system.   If you watch this 27 minute video, it can change your life and allow you to live fear free. If you are pressed for time, reach up to the right hand corner and change speed to 1.75 or double if you have to , but this video is CRITICAL for your safety and those around you.   

It’s all about the Vitamin D.   Vitamin D is your fortress for this virus.  Now, GOD is our actual fortress,, but in relation to this virus, Vitamin D is the master key..   We have proven over and over by researching all the way back to the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic that low levels of vitamin D equals bad outcomes and high levels of Vitamin D makes you immune.  The virus simply does not have a change to “stick” to your body and destroy your life.   Almost all Americans are severely vitamins D deficient.  The supposed recommend daily amount of Vitamin D is 600iu’s to age 70 and 800 iu’s over 70.  This is criminal and wrong.   Americans need many times over that amount or your WILL get COVID.  

Research is now showing that most Americans need one single over the counter “dose” or intake of 40,000 IU’s to 100,000iu’s followed by a general daily regimen of 5 to 10,000 iu’s per day thereafter.  I will attach links to back up my claim.  https://youtu.be/mg2eBhGB3T8    But here me out.  Vitamin D is what our body uses to protect lung (epiphelial) cells.  They must be at absolute full strength to withstand this virus because this virus has been specially engineered to have the contact mechanism stick to your lung cells similar to how a sand burr sticks to your toe or finger and will not come out.  Once you are hit with a sand burr, the bards in it will not let go- ever.  You have to break it off in the skin to get it out and then it leaves soreness and a small wound.  That is what the specially engineered “spike protein” on this new Coronavrus does to the human body.  Then, once it sticks to the lung cell, it starts injecting RNA code into the cell to tell it to let down its defenses.   If you allow this virus to actually penetrate the protective wall that Vitamin A and D would have had erected, its pretty much game over.  You will contract the virus and it will replicate in your body and you will be sick.  Even if our body can finally “destroy” the virus, if your body is low on Vitamin D, your immune system will go nuts and your own immune system over-reacting like a runaway nuclear reactor will kill you.  It is at this point that the ICU’s have a hard time not losing you because your body never had enough D and has lost control of the immune system.

Solution? If you are lean and not overweight, you will be fine with 5 to 10,000 IU’s per day.  If you are overweight or obese, you will need approximately 2 to 4 times that daily amount because Vitamin D is fat soluble and resides in the fat in your body.  Therefore, someone that weighs perhaps 250 pounds and is overweight may need 10,000 to 15,000 iu’s per day in order to keep D levels proper.    Some of the worlds finest doctors are now saying we should all take a single dose between 40,000 iu’s and 100,000 iu’s one time.  Then a week or so later after your liver and Kidneys have processed the D, you can go to 5 to 10,000 per day.   This is the truth.   You follow these doctors guidelines you will not be contracting the flu, other airborne illnesses or COVID19.    Please watch the attached video and read the attached studies.  You can live free of fear.
